Network Protection Policy
The Family Network depends on trust. We may act immediately against fraud, scams, malicious conduct, harassment, threats, payment abuse, attempts to damage the network, false claims, malicious reviews, sabotage, hacking, doxxing or behaviour that puts members or customers at risk.
Warning system
Minor issues may receive warnings. Serious conduct can result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, legal action, recovery of actual losses and reports to authorities.
Commercial impact reference
If a person or organisation causes business loss through unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, reckless or intentional conduct, we may seek recovery of actual losses and costs. For serious conduct affecting active members or paid communities, a commercial impact reference may start at the market value of one troy ounce of gold per day per 50 affected active members, only where lawful, reasonable, evidence-based and recoverable.
